Is Ciboo free?

Yes — Ciboo is free to download and use. Some advanced features may require a paid subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play.

How does Ciboo turn a recipe into a meal plan?

Paste a recipe link or the full text and Ciboo's AI parses it instantly. Add recipes to any day of your weekly meal plan, then tap to generate a single, aisle-sorted shopping list from everything you've planned.

How do I delete my account?

You can permanently delete your Ciboo account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. The fastest way is from inside the app:

  1. Open Ciboo and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Re-enter your password (or re-sign in with Google) to confirm it's you.
  4. Confirm. Your account and all data are permanently deleted.
What data is removed when I delete my account?

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

  • Your recipes
  • Your meal plans
  • Your shopping lists
  • Any photos you uploaded
  • Your account profile and sign-in
I can't access the app — how else can I delete my account?

Email [email protected] from the email address registered to your account. We verify that the request comes from your account's own email before deleting anything, then permanently delete your account and all associated data. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Does deleting my account cancel my paid subscription?

No. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription billed by the App Store or Google Play. If you have a paid subscription, cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play account to stop future charges.
